Demoed to the studs, replaced all damaged framing and subfloor, applied full Schluter waterproofing membrane before any tile went in. Rebuilt with large-format 24x48 porcelain, a niche, linear drain, and a new vanity with vessel sink. Leak-tested and permitted before closing the walls.
